I am a mixed-race artist currently living and working in the UK, London.

I undertook my Foundation Diploma at Kingston University (2013 to 2014). It was here that I explored the boundaries between painting, drawing, and sculpture.

 

After finishing my Foundation, I attended UAL (Wimbledon) to study BA Painting. Toward the end of my first academic year, I transferred to BA Sculpture where I graduated (2014 to 2017). My sculptural developments at UAL solidified the conceptual framework with which my practice is located; Mental Health (psychosis), Expressionism and Shamanism.   

  

In 2019 I was awarded the Paul Desty Scholarship to study MA Sculpture at the Royal College of Art (I graduated in 2021). My practice is now solely dedicated to drawing.

 

For me drawing is the bedrock with which I manifest and explore a personal matrix. It is the reality of this internal landscape or bridge into psychosis which encompasses my entire life, I am a drawing.
